stamina training and strength training have two totally different effects on the body and how you burn your fat ,because when you are involved in stamina training you are adding more powerful cyclers this increase your muscles capacity to produce and use the energy needed to contract,muscle however is totally different when you are doing any kind of strength training ,this will give you a bigger and stronger muscle fiber structure because when you are pushing or pulling any kind of weight yuo will tear the muscles and when this happens the body builds a bigger and stronger frame when this happens you become a fat burning furnace because muscle is the primary energy consumer in the body.
