stamina training and strength training have two totally different effects on the body and how you burn your fat ,because when you are involved in stamina training you are adding more powerful cyclers this increase your muscles capacity to produce and use the energy needed to contract,muscle however is totally different when you are doing any kind of strength training ,this will give you a bigger and stronger muscle fiber structure because when you are pushing or pulling any kind of weight yuo will tear the muscles and when this happens the body builds a bigger and stronger frame when this happens you become a fat burning furnace because muscle is the primary energy consumer in the body.

In your mid thirties if you are stable in your weight ,but do any kind of strength or resistance training you will put fat on that’s fact,when your muscle ages you lose the protein that makes up your muscle,this is what gives your the ability to have strength and stamina,when you are exercising this rebuilds and maintains protein and muscle mass which prevents you from putting on weight which will burn fat. walking for 30 minutes a day will build stamina and strength based proteins this will prepare you for strength/resistance training session of thirty minutes training a week required to rebuild the strength based proteins.

If you are exercising regularly you will speed the metabolism up and this will guarantee that you burn fat faster,when you are training regularly you will reduce your appetite by turning on the sympathetic nervous system which turns on your flight or fight response,when you are next in danger of picking at chocolate go for a run when you get back it will be gone.

Exercise is great for influencing your mood it will make you more positive which will make you want to train more ,another plus is when you start to lose the fat around your knees,hips,ankles and back this will cause you less pain and put you in a more positive mood.

regular exercise is great for releaseing the endorphins into the brain this will give you a sense of being in control which is great then for controlling the amount of food you take in.

Exercise helps decrease depression and increases positive attitude,so you make other positive choices and don’t have to use food as your medicine.

To decrease your risk of obesity related morbidities like high blood pressure,elevated lousy cholesterol,memory problems and heart attacks you will need to exercise and eat the right fat burning foods this keeps your blood vessels open and clog free.
