Our Mission

The mission of the self-defense and professional instructor programs are to continue to spread the truth about self-defense by providing the highest possible standard of teaching and instruction through Instructor-Partner Members.

The Instructor-Partner is the natural extension of the ideas set forth by Carl Cestari, who at his core, loved to teach and loved to learn. This is our legacy. An Instructor-Partner is humble, modest and if need be, will put foot to ass when pushed.

As an Instructor it is my job to continue to seek the truth beyond what is shared with me. From this point forward I will look at everything with an open mind.

The purpose of this course is to make you aware of the real dangers of a criminal assault, attempted rape or homicide. This will increase your survivability. The goal is not to win, but not to loose. All you need to do is prolong the assault long enough to create an opening and escape. Do not expect to become "instant ninja" in 4 lessons or even 40 lessons. Just be difficult & alert enough to make the would-be assailant pick someone else.

“Two friends are hiking in the woods when they stumble across a grizzly bear. The one friend starts to put on his running shoes. The other friend says, ‘Man, you’ll never out run that bear.’ ‘Oh, I don’t have to’, replied the first friend, ‘I just have to out run you.”
